• Automatic Private Blog Network Creation: Based on your settings, we will create a private blog network for you.
• Domain Selection: You can opt for high-reputation domains curated by us or use your own.
• AI Content Generation: For each blog in your network, we offer the ability to automatically generate content using advanced artificial intelligence techniques.
• Image Sourcing: For every blog, we will automatically find images that fit the content and context of the blog.

3. Credits and Payment

• Credit-Based System: Users can access our services by topping up their accounts with credits. These credits are used as a form of virtual currency to avail our various services.

• Monthly Debit: Your credits account will be debited monthly based on the services you utilize.

• Automatic Credit Replenishment: If your credit balance is insufficient, your registered credit card will be charged automatically to replenish the credits according to your pre-set preferences.

• Non-Payment Consequences: In the event that a payment cannot be processed, you will be given a 48-hour window to resolve the payment issue. Failing to do so will result in the deactivation of all your blogs. If payment is not made within 14 days from the deactivation, all your blogs will be permanently deleted. Please note that once deleted, blogs cannot be recovered or reactivated.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

5. Modifications to Terms

Enviando UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised terms will be effective as of the date they are posted. You agree to review the Terms periodically to be aware of any modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enviando UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Passau, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
